This is a full time position, based in our Stephenson location. Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments
- Schedule maintenance, review
- Fill schedules
- Check voice mails during the day
- Process incoming referrals during the day
- Respond to referral inquiries
- Maintain FAX
- Electronic appointment request
- Check insurance eligibility
- Knowledge of Allscripts PM and EHR a Plus
Minimal qualifications
- High school diploma
- Willingness to learn and grow with organization
- Ability to multitask in a high volume practice
- Positive attitude
