Our food preparers work in a Cold refrigerated environment creating food items for our airline customers according to their standards.
Job Duties
- Review production sheets/ iPad to confirm specifications, recipes, and diagrams
- Retrieve necessary food products to prepare and plate
- Build trays and fill carts
- Move filled carts to staging area
- Follows specifications to meet standards set by customer
- Adheres to HACCP standards and all other Food Safety guidelines
- Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times
- Must be flexible to work in an environment that might include overnights, weekends, and holidays
- A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee.
