Cold Food Preparer
Responsibilities and duties

Job Summary:
Our food preparers work in a Cold refrigerated environment creating food items for our airline customers according to their standards.
Job Duties:
Review production sheets/ iPad to confirm specifications, recipes, and diagrams
Retrieve necessary food products to prepare and plate
Build trays and fill carts
Move filled carts to staging area
Follows specifications to meet standards set by customer
Adheres to HACCP standards and all other Food Safety guidelines
Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times
Must be flexible to work in an environment that might include overnights, weekends, and holidays
