Roles & Responsibilities
Gate 1 Travel is seeking an entry level Marketing Admin, the primary role of this candidate will be to assist in all aspects of promotional campaigns as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Create and maintain promotional landing pages
- Communicate with internal staff to support ongoing campaigns
- Correspond with external media vendors for scheduling and maintenance of advertisements
- Perform competitive research & analysis to best position Gate 1 Travel's packages & tours
- Review approve & load user provided content (including photos & customer reviews)
- Evaluate new marketing channels
- Provide overall administrative support for all marketing activities
Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related Travel & Tourism Field
- Experience working with CMS & CRM platforms
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and working with Email Service Providers
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize job functions to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of current marketing trends in digital advertising & travel
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and familiarity with similar engagement and conversion reporting a plus

Salary : $18 - $24
