What will you do?
- Supervise the operation, conduct, and security of various table games, ensuring compliance with NH Lottery Commission regulations and company policies
- Oversee player tracking, table accounting, and conduct game promotions, including timely payouts and tax form processing
- Maintain Serve Safe Alcohol certification and prevent under-the-influence guests from playing
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greet players, up-sellLucky North Club memberships, and communicate effectively with Shift Manager regarding game operations and guest concerns
- Manage a section of the gaming floor and dealers, including training, assigning work areas, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
More about you
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time casino experience
- Must have six months of experience in Table Games
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a NH Lottery gaming license
- Basic computer and math skills required
Physical requirements
- Sitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for majority of shift
- Ability to periodically lift up to 50 pounds
