Gate Hill Day Camp is seeking a motivated and results driven Content Marketing Coordinator to support and grow our digital presence with the goals of Brand Building, Community Engagement, Increasing Enrollment, Staff Recruitment and promoting our Events Business.
As part of our team, you will help execute digital marketing strategies through content creation, email marketing and social media management, while also assisting in developing video and static content for ads and website use.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and optimize marketing emails and SMS campaigns with compelling on-brand messages that drive enrolment, customer retention and staff recruiting.
- Create short and long form video content tailored for paid ads, social media, website use, sales initiatives and customer/community communications.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our mission and marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other platforms by creating engaging content, fostering community interaction and implementing strategies to increase followers, engagement and brand visibility.
- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages and mentions.
- Organize content folders to maintain efficient filing systems.
- Review, update and enhance content on our website to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with our season and full time teams to execute and support the overall sales/marketing strategy, continuing to initiatives that drive enrollments and recruitment.
- Year-round Community Engagement/Retention.
- Segmentation Marketing Initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong sense of personal initiative.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and general marketing, with a track record of driving results.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with strong attention to detail and task management.
- Experience in video editing and content creation.
- Proficiency in content management systems.
- General computer skills including Microsoft and Google platforms.
- Drone operation skills.
- Enjoys working with children.
SCHEDULE
September - May: 5 days a week, days set around off season events & activities. Some flexibility required for weekend work days.
Vacation: 12 personal days, any NYS required leave, as well as about 20 days of paid office holidays.
June - August: Increased Summer hours as we are a seasonal business
