Specific duties include but are not limited to
The Mechanical Assembler job responsibilities include:
- Building subassemblies as well as finished products using a variety of hand and power tools
- Operating standard tools and equipment needed to build and/or monitor activities that ensure process control and product quality
- Working with schematics and assembly drawings
- Using fine as well as gross motor skills to build products
Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools
- Demonstrated experience using schematics and wiring diagrams
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 8 to 10 hours
- High school diploma/GED
