- In Iola, we specialize in the final step of hydraulic hose production: coupled assembly.
- Our process starts with building hoses that are produced at other Gates plants, where we then cut them to size and attach a metal coupling.
- The Team Lead will assist the supervisor in making sure that hose assembly is flowing smoothly and will help to keep all team members on task.
- Shifts available:
- A shift 7am- 7pm 12hr Rotation shift
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong computer and analytical skills required (Excel preferred)
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
- Basic reading, math, and measurement skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
