- In Salem, we proudly specialize in the creation and shipment of urethane belts, crafted with care in a variety of sizes and dimensions to meet our customers' needs.
- Our process begins with raw materials where we use manufacturing equipment and tools to process, package, and prepare the belts for shipment to our valued customers around the world.
- A Belt Fabricator will spend most of their day operating or using production machines to build, cure, process, cut, package, and ship products. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working together to ensure that every product meets our high standards and is ready to be shipped with care.
- Shifts available:
- 3rd Su - Th 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
