What You Will Do :

Follow documented procedures for equipment operation and product manufacturing, assembly, and inspection.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Assist in training Production Operator I personnel (under guidance).

Operate in at least three work centers, maintaining a 95% or higher quality level in areas under your control (e.g., Final Inspection, Trimming, Molding, Kitting, Forming).

Make informed decisions and adjustments under operational and quality management oversight.

Set up and change over machinery based on production schedules (including tooling changes).

Actively participate in Lean manufacturing processes and projects (e.g., standard work reviews, Tier 1 meetings, Kaizen events).

Proactively seek opportunities to learn new work areas, processes, and Lean practices.

What You Will Bring :

1 years of manufacturing experience.

High School Diploma / GED or higher.

Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A disciplined approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting, combined with logical thinking and a strong work ethic.
