- Utilize Renew AI-powered software to automate, manage, and optimize lease renewal communications and workflows.
- Monitor and track upcoming lease expirations, ensuring timely and efficient renewal offers.
- Conduct direct and AI-assisted lease renewal communications professionally and effectively.
- Review and analyze resident retention trends to refine renewal strategies and improve retention rates.
- Collaborate with property teams to ensure seamless lease renewal processes across all communities.
- Provide recommendations on improving renewal procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease renewal activities within the centralized system.
- Produce and review renewal reporting based on property/client needs.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Handle escalations and resident concerns with high professionalism and discretion.
- Assist property teams with managing notices to vacate, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with lease agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lease renewals, property management, or leasing administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a direct customer service role.
- High school diploma required with an associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience with producing and reviewing renewal trackers required.
- Familiarity with Renew or similar AI-driven lease renewal software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and lease agreements.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, centralized team environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Yardi CRM and property management software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) required.
