Gatesource HR is seeking a Strategic Financial Director to lead plant finance functions. This role requires a skilled financial leader with experience in general accounting, cost accounting, business analysis, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage timely month-end close and ensure accurate GAAP reporting
- Analyze labor, material costs, and manufacturing overhead for accurate standard costing
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly reforecast of plant financial operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate physical adjustments
- Assist in capex project ROI preparation and process improvements
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. An MBA or CPA is preferred but not required. Relevant experience in mining/manufacturing and ERP system expertise is essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive full health, life insurance, disability, 401k, and PTO/holidays benefits.
