This position will be a remote model.
You will work quickly and accurately to contact customers to determine a reason for payment delinquency and negotiate payment commitment while maintaining a professional nature. You will document all accounts accurately, clearly and concisely noting the reason for hardship as well as adhere to all state and federal laws in the handling of accounts.
Responsibilities;
- Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
- Keep track of assigned accounts for payments, skip tracing and follow up.
- Manage and prioritize collections activities to resolve outstanding balances.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems at once.
- Dialer blended with Inbound & Outbound calls.
Qualifications;
- 1 year or more of call center experience.
- 1 year or more of collections or retention experience.
- 6 months of third party collections experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- High school diploma or GED.

Hours of operation;
Monday to Friday; 7h00am to 15h30pm
Saturdays; Once per month from 8h00am to 12h00pm
