Gateway Autism Therapies & Education, Inc. (GATE) is comprised of a network of licensed professionals who specialize in autism spectrum disorders to provide services for individuals with autism. We provide autism evaluations for a clinical diagnosis and ABA treatment in the school, home, clinic, and telehealth settings.

The Assistant Clinical Director is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Clinical Director in the oversight of clinical services. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA therapy by supervising BCBAs and RBTs, promoting professional development, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the clinic.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs.
- Oversee clinical performance through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Facilitate team meetings to review cases, troubleshoot challenges, and share best practices.
- Serve as a Primary Supervisor for trainees pursuing fieldwork hours.
- Ensure all services align with best practices and professional ethics.
- Review and monitor treatment plans, progress reports, and data for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Implement quality assurance protocols and stay current on ABA research and standards.
- Identify opportunities for clinical enhancement and collaborate with the Clinical Director to implement improvements.
- Lead updates to training materials and internal procedures.
- Analyze treatment outcomes to support data-driven clinical decisions.
- Promote a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- Partner with the Clinical Director and leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Serve as a clinical point of contact for families, addressing concerns and supporting service satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical staff.
- Maintain documentation related to supervision and quality assurance.
- Support caseload management and scheduling to ensure balanced service delivery.
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. BCBA certification or in process.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-certification experience in ABA. Leadership or supervisory experience highly preferred.
