Summary
The Service Business Development Representative assumes the responsibility of creating and driving traffic to the dealership.
Essential Functions
Create and drive traffic to the dealership
Learn and use scripting consistently
Improve customer communication
Create consistent, effective customer interaction with a detailed follow-up schedule
Proper utilization of Customer Retention Management (CRM) system
Proper utilization of appointment tracking system
Improve customer retention
Meet or exceed all daily goals and objectives
Maintains professional appearance
Maintains a clean and professional work environment
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
Work Environment/ Physical Demands
Working indoors
Moderate noise level
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience
High School diploma or General Education Degree (preferred)
Experience in related field (preferred)
