Service Business Development Representative (7 am - 4 pm)

Summary
The Service Business Development Representative assumes the responsibility of creating and driving traffic to the dealership.

Essential Functions
 Create and drive traffic to the dealership
 Learn and use scripting consistently
 Improve customer communication
 Create consistent, effective customer interaction with a detailed follow-up schedule
 Proper utilization of Customer Retention Management (CRM) system
 Proper utilization of appointment tracking system
 Improve customer retention
 Meet or exceed all daily goals and objectives
 Maintains professional appearance
 Maintains a clean and professional work environment
 Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner

Work Environment/ Physical Demands
 Working indoors
 Moderate noise level
 Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Education and Experience
 High School diploma or General Education Degree (preferred)
 Experience in related field (preferred)
 Proficient in Word, Excel Outlook, and PowerPoint (preferred)
 Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

 Valid Driver’s License (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
