Job Description: Gateway Domestic Violence Center is seeking a full time (40 hours per week) Development Manager. Key responsibilities include individual and corporate fundraising, donor engagement, campaign management, data management, and community engagement. This is a fully in-person position. Remote work is not offered.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant work experience. Relevant experience includes positions with a primary responsibility of managing relationships with external constituents. Candidates without a bachelor’s degree who have at least 10 years of relevant work experience may also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors. Knowledge of data management systems. Experience working independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities. Understand the sensitive nature of domestic violence and Gateway’s work, and commit to maintain confidentiality. Understand budgets, budget development, and financial goals. Possess a passion for Gateway’s mission.
