The Talent Management (HR) Director is responsible for :
- Build and maintain strategies to foster a positive work environment, manage employee concerns and feedback, and enhance engagement and retention programs.
- Works collaboratively cross-functionally to develop and implement policies, procedures and practices that support organization goals, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance and drive consistency across the organization.
- Educates leaders on related policies and advises leaders to ensure policy guidelines are followed when making employee-related decisions.
- Leads and conducts workplace investigations using established processes to thoroughly listen to reporters, assess employee concerns and ensure timely and equitable resolution of concerns, conflicts and misconduct.
- Develops and implements creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates; and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Develops, initiates and maintains effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Manages the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
- Works closely with other HR functions to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Collaborates with Learning and Development to deliver learning programs to enhance skills and drive organizational results.
- Creates and maintains an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the organization's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
- Stays up to date with federal and state employment laws, regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements :
This is a hybrid role. Travel requirement is twice per quarter in the beginning and then as needed. This role reports to the CHRO and has 5 direct reports and 7 indirect reports.
