Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Development and execution of systems strategies to support the organization's human resources objectives and initiatives.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain HRIS business processes to support efficient workflows across HR functions, including benefits, payroll, and recruiting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Lead HRIS Project
- Develop and execute HRIS strategies that align with organizational goals
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR data analytics and data visualization.
- Completes other special projects and tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Electronic benefits system experience
- Experience processing payroll & payroll conversions
- HRIS experience; Ceridian Dayforce a plus
- Experience with recruiting and using an Applicant Tracking System
- SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
