Gateway Management is looking for a skilled and motivated Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will perform day-to-day compliance activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, recertifications and lease renewals at a LIHTC/HOME/HUD properties. No two days will be the same with this fast-paced opportunity, but here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain knowledge of guidelines and best practices for the LIHTC Program.
- Complete annual LIHTC compliance reports.
- Review LIHTC tenant files and documentation.
- Analyze inspection reports.
- Assist owners and property managers with any compliance questions.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Ability to utilize Microsoft products, efficiently.

- HCCP designation is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- 2 Years of LIHTC Compliance.
