Property Manager
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Property Manager for our Cottage Park Guthrie apartments located in Guthrie, OK, and Cross Creek Landing located in Oklahoma City, OK. These properties have a combined total of an 106 units affordable community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administration, compliance, maintenance of the property, and management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community.
Requirements – Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must have strong computer skills, Onesite experience a plus. Ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and have great communication skills.
