What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Generalist - YMCA of the Ozarks position at GATEWAY REGION YMCA?
- Deliver programming and other member services that meets the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives.
- Coordinates use of facilities for program activities and events.
- Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of all Ozarks facilities.
- Implements and ensures a high level of standards and safety in all programs and activities.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proper completion of documentation where required.
- In all things be sure to keep the guests experience at the forefront of every duty completed.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during the duration of their stay.
- Oversee general appearance of the front desk and the 4th floor lobby.
- Performs any and all secretarial duties deemed necessary by the Guest Experience Director.
- Completes all items on a daily checklist provided by the Guest Experience Director.
- Takes reservation calls, enters the same with 100% accuracy and confirms all details with guests before ending the conversation.
- Uses Y branded marketing.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
