- Possess knowledge and skills in all the areas of Maintenance: electrical, HVAC, training, inventory control, plumbing, general construction, fleet vehicle administration and maintenance.
- Train, supervise, and guide all staff.
- Compiles and prioritizes daily work order assignments.
- Complete a physical inspection of grounds daily, noting any problems.
- Oversees the Maintenance and Grounds Keeping Staff.
- Responsible for RMOD shifts.
- Must be available for emergency calls when on duty.
- Oversees all phases of project completion.
- Responsible for "Safety" training and the implementation of our safety programs.
- Participates in the implementation of the YMCA of the Ozarks energy and environmental plan.
- Orders materials and supplies for daily operation after approved by Property Manager.
- Implement a close working relationship with all departments involved in providing our guests and campers a positive experience.
- Ongoing development of building inventory and needs.
- Provides input to departmental policies and procedures by participating in special meetings and serving on committees as assigned.Seeking methods for improvement, providing quality and service to meet the needs, wants and perceptions of the guests.
- Provides updates of all electrical, water, septic, and phone infrastructure.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
