Warehouse Learning and Development Manager:
We're seeking a seasoned Warehouse Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives at Gateway Search. In this critical role, you'll design, implement, and evaluate training programs that drive team performance, safety awareness, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for warehouse operations teams, covering QA, PIT operations, pick/pack/ship processes, safety, and WMS.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the Safety team to promote safety awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
- Deliver training through classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records and report on training outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse training and operations.
- A proven background in warehouse training and operations, with strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of WMS, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures is essential.
- Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
