What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMHP-A/C and QMHP-T(A/C) for MHSB position at Gateway Services?
Must be able to function as a licensed QMHP as determined by the state of Virginia regulations.
We are seeking 1099 contractors to serve as qualified QMHPs to join our team. If you are professional team player that wants to work to help connect our clients to services and help them reach their person-centered goals, then Gateway is looking for you.

We offer direct deposit! Conduct one on one sessions with our clients and contact them to the services in their community to thrive.
- Provides services in a one-to-one setting for individuals experiencing a crisis situation with emphasis on linking the individual to services and coordinating care.
- Implement interventions and service plans.
- Models and teaches problem-solving techniques
- Coordinates and provides transportation to services and medical appointments as needed.
- Coordinates scheduling of appointments with the individual and family.
- Documents all service delivery in a timely manner as required by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
- Maintains regular and ongoing contact with referring agencies, as well as other agencies involved in delivering services to the individual and his/her family.
- Actively coordinates and plans discharge and aftercare plans.
- Attends interagency meetings and supervision sessions as necessary.
- Attends and participates in orientation, in-service training, and conferences as scheduled.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
