The Gateway Supply Administrative Assistant:
- Performs admin duties to include: scanning, filing, processing invoices, receptionist, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Daily billing and monthly close out
- Cycle count inventory
- Maintain branch banking information including making deposits
- Other duties as assigned by branch manager
Our Successful Candidate Must:
- Computer skills including excel a must
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Be able to work independently and be a team player
Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
