Responsibilities:
- Oversee our marketing initiatives to build our brand and enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Manage co-op monies
- Manage social media accounts
- Oversee and order company merchandise and employee uniforms
- Create flyers for events, promotions, holiday store closures, etc.
- Organize, plan, and manage customer and employee events
Requirements
- 2 years of Marketing experience, preferably from Plumbing, HVAC, or similar products/target audience
- Clear, concise communication style in written & oral form
- Quick learner, good listener, organized and driven to achieve results
- Very competent at PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other graphic design presentation tools
- Comfortable sorting & analyzing data for better decision-making & strategizing
- Experience using social media, website optimization, etc. to drive sales & build our brand
- Team player with an excellent customer service mindset with the ability to develop long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred
