We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with customers in the attractions industry, including theme parks, museums, and zoos to implement and optimize Gateway Ticketing Systems' Galaxy suite of products. Your expertise will help these organizations deliver an exceptional customer experience while streamlining their ticketing and operational processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with customers to gather and document requirements for software implementation.
- Implement and configure the Galaxy suite of products based on customer needs.
- Provide on-site system and operational design evaluations, offering suggestions for modifications and best practices.
- Deliver basic Galaxy module training to customer teams, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
- Support customers during go-live activities, ensuring a successful implementation.
- Work with all levels of customer management, from front-line staff to executives, to drive successful implementations.
What You Bring:
- Experience working with Gateway Ticketing Systems' Galaxy suite of products.
- Operational experience in attractions or non-profit organizations.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and implementation.
- A passion for training and supporting customers through learning sessions.
- The ability to troubleshoot and recommend improvements to system operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Professionalism and diplomacy when working with customers.
