Junior Maintenance Manager (4716)

Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Contracting leader is looking for Junior Maintenance Manager to support our client in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities:  

• Receive and distribute reference material for field technicians.
• Review and verify completion of the Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPC) cover sheets and sign off sheets for accuracy. Verify MPCs using the most current version of CG-LIMS-STIP. 
• Update the ACMS database by recording all maintenance performed to all supported assets.
• Generate/ run reports within ACMS routinely or upon request such as Maintenance Due Lists (MDLs), Configuration Reports, and Significant Component History Reports (SCHRs).
• Enter completed maintenance actions into the ACMS database within 3 working days of receipt and notify the SMM when there is a potential of falling outside of the 3 day time frame along with a proposed corrective action plan.
• Maintain an electronic archive of all completed maintenance actions processed.
• Input and maintain records of Serial Number Tracked (SNT) components to reflect repair and overhaul, removal and installation on assets, incoming receipt and shipment of outgoing components and production of required operational, managerial and system reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of data, physical nomenclature, and component history prior to input.
• Maintain all boat records and ensure currency. Boat records include configuration report, SCHRs, month end reports, completed TCTOs and MPCs.
• Enroll all new or repaired equipment and update asset configuration reports in accordance with USCG procedures.

Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust level clearance; Active Public Trust is preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in utilizing databases that track maintenance across and asset fleet over a specified period of time.
• Minimum of one year of proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to speak and write in a logical and concise manner

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience with the Coast Guard’s Asset Computerized Maintenance Systems (ACMS)

Hourly Rate is $20.60
