What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemical Sales and Service - Florida position at Gator Chemical?
Gator Chemical sells through distribution and needs a good communicator to help manage those accounts.
The right individual must be able to work independently and manage all aspects of the area including:
- Working with distributor salespeople at the end user level
- Training distributor salespeople Gator's products
- Making cold calls at end users on behalf of Gators's distributors
- Responding to on-site customer emergency service requests
- Documentation and communication of sales activities
- Repairs and installations of chemical dispensing equipment
- Add on Selling to existing customers
- Bringing on new distributors
This position will be measured by the results generated from your efforts and require the following skills and abilities:
- Ability to develop customer relationships
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn from successes and failures
- Problem solving using mechanical and communication skills
