Janitorial Quality Control Assistant

We provide Janitorial services for commercial businesses and are looking to expand our team with a Quality Control Assistant in the Tampa Bay Area. This role plays a pivotal part in our overall success. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow into a Janitorial supervisor role. As a Quality Control assistant, you have the chance to shadow current supervisors, receive hands on training, and gain the skills necessary to move up within the company. Duties include but are not limited to:-

The main duty of this position will be as a cleaner, Filling in as a coverage cleaner when coverage cannot be obtained for call outs from cleaning
contractors/employees.

Bilingual is a must

Assist the supervisors as needed, for account coverage & supply deliveries.

The ability to clean an account with minimal to no supervision.

Performing all cleaning tasks, including, but not limited to: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitization, window cleaning, trash removal and disposal, dusting

Communicating with the Quality Control Supervisors in a professional manner, and relaying any issues or concerns to ensure the accounts are kept to standards.

Provide feedback and reports areas for operational
improvement, including entering nightly notes on accounts that were covered/visited.

-Maintain respectful communication with contractor/employees to be sure everyone feels respected and valued.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience, commercial cleaning preferred, but willing to train

Positive and proactive approach to life,

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal),

You must be capable of working nights . We are located in the Odessa/Trinity area. Most of your time working will be spent during evening hours from 4:30pm to 10 pm, but there are times when longer hours may be necessary, Being flexible is a plus.

We prefer candidates that have had similar experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Pay $16-$18 per hour, based off of experience.
