Job Purpose:
As a Roofing Sales Manager, you will be a crucial point of contact with our clients and play a crucial role in securing roofing contracts. Your mission is to build relationships, identify roofing needs, and facilitate the sales process with your team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, both homeowners and businesses.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of roofs, identifying repair or replacement needs.
- Provide detailed information about our roofing services and solutions.
- Present and explain roofing estimates and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Generate leads through team door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their roofing needs and insurance claims, if applicable.
- Achieve sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous roofing sales experience is preferred.
- Insurance experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with CRM software and mobile apps.
- Physical ability to safely access and inspect roofs (no work required on the roof).
- A working and reliable vehicle owned by the applicant.

Compensation: Our compensation package is competitive and offers higher upfront payments of 10-15% commission for for sales representatives. Sales Managers get paid a portion of thier teams commissions. This percentage is 30-50% higher than the average in our area.

Location: South East Louisiana
Work Schedule:
- 8 hours a day dedicated to lead generation.
- Approximately 4 hour of office work weekly.
