Gator Sign Company, Inc., a national sign and lighting service company, is currently seeking for a full-time Facilities Manager for our office located in McComb, MS.
Job Purpose:
The Facilities Manager provides support to our office and field staff, manages multiple warehouses, unloads and loads trucks, manages inventory, oversees repairs and upgrades to the property, and general housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Open and close all warehouses and gates daily
- Assist with loading and unloading of jobsite materials and tools
- Coordinates deliveries and pickups
- Keeps property clean and organized
- Manages sub contractors on property conducting service or general construction
- Take out trash and replace trashcan liners
- Review and help manage labor, materials, and fleet
Skills/Qualifications
- Ability to work with little to no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Good physical health and stamina
- Be able to work outdoors during all seasonal weather conditions
- General handyman knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, misc.
- Experienced in directly overseeing facilities (Preferred)
- Drive and operate a forklift and skid-steer

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
