Gault Auto Sport BMW – Endicott, NY

Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday through Saturday with one weekday off
- Saturdays required
What You’ll Do:
- Be the in-store BMW product expert—answer customer questions and demonstrate technology
- Lead Encore Deliveries: schedule follow-ups with customers after their vehicle purchase
- Support the sales team by coordinating smooth and exciting vehicle deliveries
- Educate customers on the BMW app and help with setup
- Maintain brochures and showroom materials
- Keep waiting/lounge areas clean and stocked
- Provide light administrative support to Sales Managers
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic
- Interest in BMW vehicles and EV technology
- A team player who takes initiative
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in retail or automotive customer service
- Familiarity with BMW or other luxury vehicle brands
