GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Carmel, IN looking to add five (5) Installation Technicians to their team. These roles are entry-level and contract-to-hire.

GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Carmel, IN looking to add five (5) Installation Technicians to their team. These roles are entry-level and contract-to-hire.
Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, test, repair, remove or retrofit various wireless systems including rooftop macro, pole mount macro and small cells, indoor distributed antenna systems (IDAS) and outdoor distributed antenna systems (ODAS)
- Install vertical/horizontal cabling
- Determine and pull best path routes
- Adhere to coax and fiber installation standards
- PPC compression tool kit installation
- Reading blueprints and construction drawings
- Installation of antennas including rooftop, racks, radio(s), and remote units
- Head end rack and component installation
- DAS, small cell, macro OEM installation
- Label coax cables, antennas, head ends, cable management
- Power cabling and grounding of head end/active equipment
- Operate a lift and/or bucket truck
Qualifications :
- Some formal training in cable/hardware installation, low-voltage wiring installation, and/or construction.
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Experience and willingness to work at heights up to 70 ft on ladders, lifts, or similar equipment and levels
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Must possess a valid driver's license, must be insurable under company insurance policy
