Our Marketing team is growing and looking for our next Marketing Coordinator to bring a spirit of innovation, an understanding of high-level production and desire to deliver outstanding content to our internal and external audiences. Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and special events campaigns for company. Supports internal and external communications; company newsletter, website content management, press releases, social media, and Gaylor phone app, etc. Accountable for market research and analysis. Serves and participates on various committees internally/externally that promote the GAYLOR ELECTRIC brand.
Develops long-term strategic and annual marketing plans.
Responsible for tactics development and execution.
Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials.
Manages all marketing literature, ensuring valid, current, and accurate content consistent with the company brand.
Partners with operation and project teams to prepare bid proposal packages.
Ensures that messages are supportive and consistent with marketing strategies.
Works in coordination with partners and branch offices for both internal and external events including customer appreciation outings, corporate outings, trade shows, conferences, and employee recognition events.
Coordinates and delivers direct mail and email campaigns to increase sales.
Delivers support to internal sales and management teams.
Promotes Gaylor Electric offerings through public relations initiatives.
Creates and distributes customer and employee surveys. Conducts extensive media outreach.
Coordinates and manages PR, advertising, and media partners for all special community events.
Develops communications to share marketing related updates internally.
Collaborates with marketing and advertising partners to develop new marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns
Coordinates approved digital advertising campaign creative consisting of online ads, email, etc.
Manages and updates all online/digital channels when necessary (Google Maps, You Tube, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
At least 2 years' experience in a professional marketing setting creating bid proposals for new projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and oral communication preferred
Good organizational and problem-solving skills, and good business acumen.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed is a must.
Maintains confidentiality of all information.
Must be computer literate and able to process documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook as well as be able to quickly learn the Company's operating software.
Must provide resume and portfolio of your previous work.
