Duties

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and controls.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshooting processes.
- Operate welding equipment for repairs and fabrication of components.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding less experienced staff during maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Basic electrical skills with experience in maintaining electrical systems.
- Welding experience is a plus for fabrication tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
