Job Summary:

- Responsibilities include assisting brokers with renewing client policies, providing clients with best options available, and using critical thinking skills to overcome objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Client Manager will convey employer benefits to clients through accurate information, including presentations, compliance documents, benefit guides, and client questions.
- They will create and assemble open enrollment materials, participate in proactive approaches with clients, attend renewal meetings, and assist brokers with policy renewals.
- The role requires proficiency in software systems, relationship building, and managing renewal processes.
- Ongoing responsibilities include ensuring proper plans and carriers are quoted and entered accurately, coordinating communication with the group, and performing other duties as prescribed by the manager.
Skills and Knowledge:
- The Client Manager will keep clients informed of legislative developments using internal and external resources.
- Sound reasoning and judgment are essential, along with proven use and understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Extensive use of Excel is required for analysis and daily reporting of departmental goals.
Preferred Qualification:
- A Utah Life, Accident & Health license is preferred, but not required.
Performance Expectations:
- Consistent attendance at work, meetings, and required training or staff events is expected.
- The Client Manager must work with respect, get along with diverse personalities, and meet or exceed team and overall company expectations.
Working Conditions / Essential Functions:
