Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of GBS, our products, and the healthcare market to deliver impactful solutions.
- Complete comprehensive training in Business Development, Sales Processes, Customer Service, RCM, IT, and related products.
- Research and identify prospects in targeted territories using databases, online tools, and marketing resources.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute follow-up campaigns that advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of accounts and opportunities in our CRM.
- Partner with senior sales leaders to create and execute tailored sales plans.
- Leverage a value-added, solution-based sales approach to position GBS products and services effectively within healthcare accounts.
- Travel up to 50% to meet clients, conduct discovery visits, and support installations or implementations.
- Collaborate with account executives and directors on major account opportunities, contributing as a team player to close deals.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online platforms for business presentations and project management.
- Team-oriented with excellent administrative and project management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client needs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Healthcare or clinical setting experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar platforms (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
- This position is considered safety-sensitive.
