Clearance Required : Favorably adjudicated NACLC
Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am and 5 : 00pm

GC Associates requires a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to provide high-level, comprehensive support to Disability Evaluation System (DES) Program Management. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documentation Management : Create and maintain various high-level administrative documents, to include performance work statement tasks, policy documents, and / or standard operating procedures.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with various functional area teams and subject matter experts and serve as a liaison between Program Management and functional area teams. Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for documentation improvement and implement best practices.
- Program Assistance : Support Program Management efforts, including tracking deadlines and coordinating deliverables with functional area teams.
- Meeting Coordination : Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and PowerPoint briefs, and conducting a high-level review of transcription meetings.
