Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain resident and vendor account information and portals
- Process payments to resident ledgers and create bank deposits
- Enter and process accounts payable
- Reconcile monthly credit card and vendor statements
- Assist with year-end 1099 and CRP processing
- Assist with other general office duties including incoming/outgoing mail, answer phones, office errands etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of accounting, business administration or finance experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the proven ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AppFolio a plus
- Quick learner and high attention to detail
- Effective time management.
