Job Opportunity : Full-Time Painter / Caretaker
Are you a skilled painter with a knack for property care? We’re looking for a dedicated Painter / Caretaker to join our team and help keep our property in top-notch condition!
Position Overview
As a full-time Painter / Caretaker, you will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetics of our property. Your primary responsibilities will include painting, minor repairs, routine cleaning of common areas and some turnover cleaning, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform painting tasks, including prep work, priming, full paints, and touch-ups.
- Conduct minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks (e.g., patching walls, fixing fixtures).
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property, including cleaning common areas and assisting with grounds.
- Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
