What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT Property Manager/Caretaker position at GC Real Estate Partners?
We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Full-Time Property Manager / Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of two apartment communities. One community is located in Willmar and the other community is a new lease-up located in Litchfield. This role requires a hands-on approach and includes light property maintenance, leasing, and resident relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including shoveling, cleaning, vacuuming / sweeping, painting, light turnover maintenance, and weeding to maintain curb appeal.
- 24 hour on-call response to urgent maintenance requests.
- Show apartments to prospective residents and manage the leasing process, including responding to prospective resident leads, screening and reviewing applications, and generating leases.
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections.
- Coordinate and schedule work with vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a well-managed community.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for maintenance and repairs.
