Role Summary
The right Controller at GC Realty & Development, LLC will contribute to our growth plan to double our top line revenue in the next 3-4 years. This position is responsible for managing all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and processes. The Controller collaborates closely with executive leadership to provide insights on long-term financial planning, operational efficiency, and profitability. Additionally, the Controller leads the finance team, ensuring that both corporate and property management accounting are handled efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, detailed financial oversight, and a deep understanding of how operational decisions impact financial performance.
What You Will Receive
- Salary - $85,000.00-$120,000.00(USD)
- Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages(Effective 2025 calendar year)

- Accounting Intelligence - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of best practices in Finance and Accounting.
- Construction Accounting - Demonstrates successful experience with Work In Progress (WIP) accounting for projects exceeding $100K.
- Property Management Accounting - Deep understanding of the distinctions between trust accounting and corporate accounting.
- Education - Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management/Administration
- Qualifications - Proficiency in Quickbooks and Appfolio (required)
- Fast Pace - Our management operations turns out 5,000-7,000 invoices per month between maintenance and property management services that you must be able to understand the process to manage your team to stay on top of the flow.
