Role Summary
We're looking for a skilled Accounting Manager who will play a pivotal role in our ambitious plan to double our top-line revenue over the next 3-4 years. This is an opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise, leadership experience, and strategic thinking to drive both financial and operational success. In this role, you will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with executive leadership, providing insights on long-term financial planning, operational performance, and profitability. Additionally, you'll lead the finance team, ensuring seamless execution of both corporate and property management accounting while maintaining industry compliance.
This position requires someone with a blend of strategic foresight, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of how operations drive financial outcomes.
What You Will Receive
- Salary - $100,000.00-$120,000.00(USD)
- Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages (Effective 2025 calendar year)

What You Must Bring

- Strategic Planning - Develops strategic plans and initiatives that align with both short-term and long-term organizational goals.
- Communication - Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
- Accounting Intelligence - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of best practices in Finance and Accounting.
- Construction Accounting - Demonstrates successful experience with Work In Progress (WIP) accounting for projects exceeding $100K.
- Property Management Accounting - Deep understanding of the distinctions between trust accounting and corporate accounting.
- Education - Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management/Administration
- Qualifications - Proficiency in Quickbooks and Appfolio (required)
- Fast Pace - Our management operations turns out 5,000-7,000 invoices per month between maintenance and property management services that you must be able to understand the process to manage your team to stay on top of the flow.
