Salary
We offer an hourly rate of $23-$26, along with a gas stipend of up to $150 per week, annual performance bonus of up to 5% of wages (effective 2025), and various benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, critical illness, accident, and healthcare FSA.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for completing 3-5 maintenance work orders per day at single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings. Your tasks may include everyday repairs, rental license requirements, section 8 fixes, and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.
You will provide exceptional customer service by being easy to work with, solving problems efficiently, and leaving customers with a remarkable experience. Effective communication and collaboration with the dispatcher, manager, and team members are essential for this role.
You will be the eyes and ears of the company, reporting back any issues or concerns. Your ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner is crucial to your success in this position.
