Salary Range: Up to $18.45 hourly benefits
The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities
In addition to delivering extraordinary service on calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, you may:
- Support customers between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM Monday-Friday
- Two shift structures:
- 11am-8pm M, 10am-7pm T-W, 7am-4pm R-F
- 11am-8pm M, 10am-7pm T-W, 8am-5pm R-F
- 9am-8pm M, 8am-7pm T, 10am-7pm W, 8am-5pm R, 8am-12PM F
- Have open availability including during holidays
- Take back-to-back customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
- Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
Qualifications
What We Look for in a Candidate:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
- Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us.
