The Role:
The Test Center Administrator will ensure the integrity of Prometric Testing Services by proctoring and controlling the computer based testing environment. The testing center provides a secure, controlled, and comfortable environment for testing. The Administrator ensures every candidate receives a fair test. Represent Prometric vision, mission and values. The Administrator provides a best-in-class and comfortable testing experience to all customers. Safeguard the test center from misconduct while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
The Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a working knowledge of policies, procedures and practices
- Monitoring candidates while taking exams
- Resolving Candidate issues or escalate appropriately
- Protecting, Maintaining, and applying expert knowledge of test center policies, practices and procedures
- Greeting examines and verify identification
- Administering and proctoring tests
- Continuously monitoring candidates as they complete exams
- Resolving or reporting candidate issues with urgency
- Reporting any occurrences outside company guidelines to corporate management
- Managing incidents of unacceptable identification or authorization on behalf of the client
Education and Skills:
- High School diploma
- Communicating with the public from a position of authority
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operation and maintenance manuals and instructions
- Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence
- Ability to multitask and handle small tools, pack equipment for shipping and unpack for installation
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while administering exams
- Visual requirements include the ability to adjust or focus computer screens and view testing room while proctoring
- Ability to enroll and pass a background check for administering federal government client exams
- Work flexibility
- Ability to work Saturday if needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
