Experience as a subcontractor, supplier, or facilities manager without general contracting experience will not qualify. We’re seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for all phases of commercial general construction, particularly tilt-wall projects. This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality, scheduling, and safety while pushing the limits of construction innovation. • Lead and Coordinate: Direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring that subcontractors, materials, and equipment align with project goals and are executed flawlessly.
• Quality and Safety Focused: Manage inspections, quality control, and ensure the site meets local safety standards and environmental requirements.
