Come join team GCON for an unforgettable summer (just ask our past interns ) wherein you will be provided multiple avenues to broaden your skillset. You will have a buddy / mentor to guide you on your day to day learning experience in your desired position. Our continuous improvement team will provide weekly trainings sessions giving you technical and process-oriented skills to use in your career. Join in on our job site visits, lunch and learns, intern team builds, and internship final presentations, where you will provide an overview of your skills learned to executive leadership. Our internship is extremely hands on and relationship based. We love our interns and hope you leave the internship feeling like you are ready for the next step in your career.
GCON is recruiting on multiple college campuses through the months of Febuary and March. All interested candidates should apply online to be considered for GCON's internship program. Construction Engineer Intern Position Description :
A Construction Management Intern at GCON will assist the project team with project documentation, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. The intern will learn to manage project controls and document management using CMiC. They will also assist in coordinating site activities, including subcontractor logistics and material deliveries. Each day will be different, offering continuous learning opportunities. As a Construction Management Intern for GCON, you will have varied daily tasks and be responsible for protecting and promoting GCON and its interests.
