Job Summary: TADERA is searching for an experienced, high-energy Account Executive with a proven background selling to public agencies, preferably with S&L and transportation software sales experience, familiar with the procurement process and sales cycle. The Account Executive will play a vital role in advancing aviation system product lines to airports and other related transportation accounts. The Accounts Executive will focus on continued company growth by developing new customers, while also expanding existing clients’ share. The Account Executive will contribute within a tight knit team of professionals who are enabled and empowered to independently thrive in an environment that upholds accountability, excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Job Description: The Account Executive will be expected to communicate directly with clients and prospects to educate the airport industry on TADERA solutions, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Additionally, the Account Executive will have the opportunity to make an impact on the organization by contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies for the region. In addition to a proven sales track record, the required skills include a fluid adaptability to new markets, a desire to learn and improve, and a passion for things that move people. The successful Account Executive must be a skilled communicator (both verbally and in writing) and presenter who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience to the airport, transportation and public sectors. The candidate should have SaaS software sales experience who excels at recognizing opportunities and turning leads into sales with long-lasting relationships in a field known for its passionate clients. General Responsibilities: Prospect: Generate leads and follow through, using CRM as the primary canvas. If It’s not in CRM, it didn’t happen. Qualify and Discover: Through a consultative approach, listen, synthesize and understand the intersection between a prospect’s needs and our offerings. Present: Create and deliver strong and compelling sales presentations to a range of prospective and current clients. Capable of communicating the company’s commitments, direction, products and offerings in an understandable and relatable way that drives results. Deliver: Generate pricing proposals, RFP responses and other deliverables. Participate in proposal writing and review process, ensuring win themes are clearly articulated for a winning response. Close: Prepare, negotiate and close contracts with assigned prospects and clients. Success: Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas Strategy: Coordinate sales efforts with marketing for focused initiatives and deliverables. Advise on pricing approaches, promotions, and negotiations. Travel: Attend conferences and events; visit prospects. 25% to 50% travel is expected. Technical: Demonstrated proficiency of software and hardware, including MS Office 365 Suite and HubSpot, along with the ability to perform basic technical support with minimal direction. Specific Skills and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of SaaS software sales experience in the public sector software space is required. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation or related field is required. Airport, transportation or critical infrastructure industry experience is highly desired. Because results-based training will be provided, the ability to adopt, adapt and learn is critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with minimal oversight. Education / Experience: Bachelor's Degree required. HubSpot CRM experience preferred. 5 years of demonstrated results in selling solutions to customers in government settings, with recent proven performance in the management of strategic relationship development, customers, and business growth is required. Prior experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing large capital project sales opportunities that are $1M with an extended sales cycle of 12 months. TADERA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
